We collect the data needed for the commercial relationship:

• Business data (company registration, VAT number, billing and delivery addresses);
• Order, quote and invoicing data;

• Managing accounts, quotes and orders — performance of the contract;
• Invoicing and accounting obligations — legal obligation;
• Validating professional status and VAT number — legitimate interest and legal obligation;
• Fraud prevention and site security — legitimate interest;

Data is intended for authorised company staff and its processors: payment provider (Stripe), host (Microsoft Azure, EU), email provider and carriers. These processors provide GDPR-compliant guarantees.
