This policy describes how TYRON DISTRIBUTION processes personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French data-protection law.
Data controller

Data collected
We collect the data needed for the commercial relationship:
- Identification and account data (name, company name, email, hashed password);
- Business data (company registration, VAT number, billing and delivery addresses);
- Order, quote and invoicing data;
- Technical browsing data (see the Cookie Policy).
Purposes and legal bases
- Managing accounts, quotes and orders — performance of the contract;
- Invoicing and accounting obligations — legal obligation;
- Validating professional status and VAT number — legitimate interest and legal obligation;
- Fraud prevention and site security — legitimate interest;
- Analytics and communication — consent.
Recipients
Data is intended for authorised company staff and its processors: payment provider (Stripe), host (Microsoft Azure, EU), email provider and carriers. These processors provide GDPR-compliant guarantees.
Retention periods
- Account data: duration of the commercial relationship, then archiving;
- Accounting documents and invoices: 10 years (legal obligation);
- Cookie consent records: 3 years;

Transfers outside the EU
Data is hosted within the European Union. Any transfer to a third country is covered by appropriate safeguards (adequacy decision or European Commission standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to issue directives on the fate of your data after death. You may exercise them at contact@tyron-distribution.com, with proof of identity if required.

Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration or loss (password hashing, role-based access control, secure hosting).
