Terms of sale — Consumers (depot pickup)
These terms govern sales concluded on tyron-distribution.com between TYRON DISTRIBUTION and consumer customers, exclusively with pickup at the depot. Sales to businesses are governed by the trade terms of sale.
1. Scope
Sales to consumers are offered ONLY with depot pickup (click & collect): no delivery is offered to consumers. The contract is a distance contract: ordering and payment happen online, goods are handed over at the depot.
Seller: TYRON DISTRIBUTION, Société par actions simplifiée (SAS), share capital 1 000 €, RCS Lille Métropole — SIREN 101 323 822, registered office 71 rue Racine, 59100 Roubaix, France, VAT FR56 101 323 822. Contact: contact@tyron-distribution.com.
2. Prices
Prices shown to consumers are in euros INCLUDING VAT. The French end-of-life tyre eco-fee is charged per tyre, shown separately on the invoice and included in the total announced before payment. Pickup is free of charge.
3. Order, payment, invoice
Ordering requires a customer account. Payment is made online by card (Stripe); no other payment method is offered to consumers. The order is final once payment is received. A confirmation email states the chosen pickup slot; the invoice is available in the customer account.
4. Depot pickup
At checkout the customer selects a pickup day and half-day among the offered slots. Pickup takes place at the depot address stated in the confirmation, upon presentation of an ID and the order number. Orders are kept for 30 days; failing pickup after a reminder, the order is cancelled and refunded. Risk passes upon handover.
5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a distance contract, the consumer may withdraw within FOURTEEN (14) days from the day of pickup, without giving reasons (French Consumer Code, art. L221-18 et seq.). Withdrawal is notified unambiguously (email or letter). Goods must be returned to the depot within 14 days, complete, unmounted and undamaged; the consumer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. Refund of all sums is made within 14 days of recovery of the goods, using the original payment method.
6. Legal guarantees
The seller is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity (French Consumer Code, art. L217-3 et seq. — two years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects (French Civil Code, art. 1641 et seq.). Claims are addressed to the seller (contact above).
7. Consumer mediation
After first contacting the seller in writing, the consumer may refer the dispute free of charge to the consumer mediator: mediator being appointed — details will be published here and provided upon written request. EU online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
8. Personal data and applicable law
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy. These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
